If you'd like to do the in-game tutorials that not only provide you with in-game knowledge, but Quanta or Talent Points there are a few ways to do so:
- The most convenient way for most players is using the surrogate VR station found in their starter Outpost on the moon, Haven. Pressing 'F' to access them will open up their interface, then you can select 'Tutorials' to browse the list
- At each market on Aphelia tiles you can find a tutorial booth. Pressing 'F' on the teleporter node on the floor will allow you to access the tutorial selection
- Also at each market you can find surrogate VR stations, pressing 'F' to access them will open up their interface, then you can select 'Tutorials' to browse the list
Additionally, each District on the planet Alioth has a room full of surrogate VR stations you can use
