If you're facing the error shown above, you're probably trying to play while the server is off. The game may be undergoing scheduled server maintenance. You can check the server status here:

Check your network connection to verify you are still connected to the internet. This error may also arise if you are playing from China. You unfortunately won't be able to connect to the servers from there.
NOT AUTHORIZED TO CONNECT TO PRIVATE SERVER (ERROR:112)
It could mean:

-You are playing through the steam client: If you have linked your steam account before buying the game on steam, the game time attribution is not automatic due to unexpected technical constraints. You need to login on the website and go to your product page: https://www.dualuniverse.game/account/products.
There, you will find a button labelled "Redeem game time". Make sure you are logged on to the account you want to credit time to and press this button. You should now receive the one month game time from your steam purchase and be able to log in.
